1. FIRST CONTACT
To start the ordering process, fill out this form here. Choose:

The type of art you would like to commission;

The desired size of the artwork. (If the size you want is not listed, please describe the size you would like and we will see if it is possible to make it.)

The art is made based on the images provided by you. Send one or more reference images, preferably in high resolution. (Images that are dark, blurry, or too small may be rejected.)
2. BUDGET AND APPROVAL
Based on the information provided, we will prepare a detailed quote, including the cost of the work and the estimated time for completion. Once the quote is approved, an initial deposit (50% of the total amount) will be requested to confirm the order.
3. WORKING ON THE ART
Elielce will start working on your custom art. During the creation process, she may send you updates (via photos) so you can track the progress and make adjustments if necessary.
4. FINAL REVIEW
When the work is almost complete, Elielce will send a final image for your review. At this stage, you can request small modifications or adjustments. After your final approval, the work will be completed and prepared for delivery.
5. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Once the work is complete, the remaining payment will be requested. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PIX. Once full payment is confirmed, the artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped to the address provided. Delivery can be made via post office or, if preferred, it can be collected in person in Recife (PE) (location to be arranged).
6. FEEDBACK
After receiving the work, enjoy your new customized art! We appreciate feedback from our customers, so feel free to share your impressions and, if you wish, send a photo of the work in your new home.
NOTE:

Watercolor paintings can be made on Canson Montval 300g/m² watercolor paper or BAOHONG 100% cotton professional paper.

The minimum deadline for completing the watercolors is 15 working days (not counting delivery time). In urgent cases, an extra amount can be negotiated to speed up the process.

It is important to mention that Elielce works with her own style of watercolor painting, so the final result will be unique and will follow her artistic interpretation.
